ALL PRICES ARE ON WEEKLY BASIS (7 nights).
Christmas, New Year and Easter periods are considered as high season.

The weekly price includes all the expenses for kitchen-gas, electricity, water, air conditioning and internet wi-fi.

Extra expenses for the bed linen and bath towels: Euro 8,00 per person once.
Extra final cleaning: LA FAVOLA Euro 70,00-LA FAVOLA SUITE Euro 90,00.

During winter time, the usage of heating (if needed) must be paid according to effective consumption before departure.

SPECIAL DISCOUT OF 10%: for bookings up to the second week, we are pleased to apply special prices for honeymoon (valid only during low season.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be communicated immediately by written notice via e-mail to info@ischiaholidayhome.it.
For cancellations received at least 90 days before the check-in date, the deposit paid will be 100% refunded.
For other type of cancellations, following penalties will be applied:
- For cancellations received between 89th and 60th day prior to the chek-in date, cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged;
- For cancellations received between 59th and 30th day before check-in date, cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit will be charged.
- In case of cancellation between 29th and 15th day before the check-in date, cancellation fee of 80% of the reservation amount will be charged;
- In case of cancellation later than 14 days before the check-in date, cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

However, in every single case of cancellation - in accordance with the owner - we will be pleased to postpone your booking to another date, holding the deposit or any other amounts already paid by the customer.
If possible and in accordance with the owner, it can be considered the idea to transfer the contract to third parties.
