Les prix n'incluent pas : Nettoyage final : Euro 40 � La Favola�, euro 70 � La Favola Suite� Euro 8 de serviettes de lit et de bain par personne (seulement une fois) La chauffage (s'il y a lieu) est dos�e et payable selon la consommation sur le d�part
SP�CIAL (seulement basse saison) escompte de 10% jusqu'� la deuxi�me r�servation de semaine, nous appliquons �galement des prix sp�ciaux des couples de lune de miel.
TERMINATION / CANCELLATION
If the customer wishes to cancel your reservation and must do so immediately by written notice to be sent by e-mail to info@ischiaholidayhome.it. For cancellations received at least 90 days before arrival, the entire amount paid as a deposit will be returned.
For cancellations will apply penalties in accordance with the following rules:
- For cancellations received between 90 th and 60 th day prior to arrival, cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit;
- For cancellations received between 59 and 30 days before arrival, you will be charged the full amount paid as a deposit.
- In case of cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival, you will be charged 80% of the consideration paid for the stay;
- In case of cancellation later than 15 days before arrival cancellation fee of 100% of the consideration paid for the stay.
However, in all cases of cancellation - and by agreement with the owner - we will want to transfer your booking to another date, however, the holding deposit or any other amounts already paid by the customer.
In the same way and with the agreement, you can request the transfer of the contract to third parties.
